Ariana Grande is one digit closer to flaunting those 7 rings she bought for her "bitches" on one hand.

At least she would be if an editing mistake from her *Vogue Japan* cover shoot were to come true! Eagle-eyed fans of the *Wicked* star noticed that a shot from her cover story that was published on Monday showed the singer-actress with six fingers on her left hand instead of five.

The photo, which quickly went viral as fans shared it on social media, features Grande in a yellow floral-print Dior ensemble and a pair of sheer white gloves. As she's posed with her left hand against a wall, an extra finger can be seen between her ring and pinky fingers.

The photo was shared to Instagram from a fan account with the caption, "who's responsible for giving ariana 6 fingers.... 😭"

"Holy s---," Grande wrote in a comments on the post, before joking in another reply, "Oh my goodness how exciting! I've been saying I need some extra appendages so that I can start an album! Thankful for this."

The error has since been fixed on *Vogue Japan*’s official website. While fans got a good laugh out of the flub, they were more in awe of the interview for the cover shoot itself, which saw Grande open up about her fear of her pop star persona overshadowing her work.

"I feel like there have been a lot of times when I've been doing my best work creatively, and yet my celebrity has been louder than the work," the *Eternal Sunshine *singer said. "And my mom has always been here to set the record straight in my head and remind me of my worth as an artist and as a human being every time that noise has almost derailed me."

Grande added that after struggling for people to see her artistry for years, she is finally seeing some changes. "I feel like it's the first time in my career — between *Wicked* and *Eternal Sunshine* — when I really feel seen for my work and as an artist," she shared.

While the actress was honored to receive an Oscar nomination for the first *Wicked* film, the film's sequel didn't garner the same accolades, getting shut out at the Oscars. Grande emphasized that she was just thankful to have been considered last year and to be able to share the experience with her mother.**** "Never in my life did I expect to be an Oscar-nominated actress," she said. "I just never thought I'd be seen that way by the industry that I love. I give my life to art every minute of every day. So to feel embraced back — and to share it with my mom — is so extraordinary."**

Grande will embark on her *Eternal Sunshine* Tour in June. On screen, she will next appear in the 13th season of *American Horror Story*, which will premiere near Halloween on FX. She'll return to the big screen shortly thereafter in the fourth *Meet the Parents* movie, *Focker In-Law*, which hits theaters on Nov. 25.

The Grammy winner is also set to reunite with *Wicked* costar Jonathan Bailey to co-headline a new production of Stephen Sondheim's beloved musical *Sunday in the Park With George* in summer 2027. Grande will also reunite with *Wicked* filmmaker Jon M. Chu on an animated musical adaptation of Dr. Seuss' *Oh the Places You'll Go*.**
