Rylee Arnold is shutting down speculation that her sister Lindsay could be coming back to Dancing With the Stars for season 35-even as she admits she's still trying to convince the season 25 champ to head back to the ballroom.

The dance competition show is gearing up for its 35th season, airing on ABC, and has yet to confirm the full celebrity cast or any of its pros-though rumors have been flowing heavily about which ones were asked to come back once more.

Now that fans felt she had teased her own return to the show, Rylee, 21, is addressing fans' hopes that her sister, Lindsay, would also come back.

Speaking to Us Weekly after their reunion at the first-ever DWTSCon, Rylee admitted that Lindsay doesn't have an interest in coming back to the show.

However, she also shared that she is still working on it to convince her to make a big return.

"I think it's a 'no' on her end, just because she is so established in her life," she told the publication. "She is a boss woman, and she also has beautiful kids at home, and she's just loving life doing everything that she's doing"

Lindsay joined the show during the 16th season in 2013, and was a troupe member from seasons 17-20, before becoming a pro through season 28. She won the Mirrorball with Jordan Fisher in Season 25, and stepped back during Season 29 for her pregnancy with her first daughter, Sage. She returned for Season 30, but left the show for good in 2021.

In the time since, she had welcomed a second daughter, June, and a son, Hayes, who was born in June.

Rylee admitted that it would take "serious convincing" to get her sister back on the show, but that it was something she was still hoping would happen because it was her dream to sance with her sister on the show.

"But honestly, it would be a huge dream of mine, and it would make the season so fun," she said. "I will say it to her until she does it, and if she never does, I'll just be sad."

Rylee joined the Dancing With the Stars world with a stint on the only season of Dancing With the Stars: Juniors in 2018, before heading to the OG show in 2023 as a pro. She has since competed as a pro for seasons 32-34, and is expected to become a pro again in Season 25.

If she was able to convince Lindsay to return for a season to compete alongside one another, it wouldn't be the first time two siblings competed as pros on the show.

Current head judge Derek Hough and cohost Julianne Hough both competed on the show as pros from season 5-season 8, while Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy competed against one another in seasons 13-15, season 18 and seasons 23-25. Mark Ballas and his dad, Corky Ballas, both also competed on the show in seasons 7 and 11.

Married couples have also consistently competed against one another as pros as well.

Edyta Swilwinska and Alec Mazo both competed as a married couple in season 5 and 7, while Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trebunskaya also did so in season 2, 5, 6 and 9.

Maks and Peta Murgatroyd also famously went up against one another in season 25, and Val and Jenna Johnson have repeatedly faced off from seasons 28-30 and 32-34.

Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov have also competed against each other every season since Season 29.

Dancing With the Stars returns September 15 and 16 to ABC.
