What Time Do the 2026 Grammys Start Tonight?

The 68th Annual Grammy Awards will broadcast live starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026. The show is scheduled to go until 11:30 p.m. ET (give or take a few minutes) which makes them around 3.5 hours long. Red carpet Grammy coverage starts at 4 p.m. ET on E! and runs until the ceremony starts at 8.

What Channel Are the Grammys On?

The 2026 Grammy Awards will air live on CBS, so if you have traditional TV with cable or via digital antenna, simply tune in to your local CBS station. (If you are not sure of CBS' specific channel number in your city, check your local listings.)

How to Watch the Grammys Live Stream on Paramount+
