Jelly Roll is returning to the Grammys, showing off a major transformation.
After skipping music's biggest night last year, the 41-year-old country musician arrived on the red carpet on Sunday, Feb. 1, looking dapper in a sleek black shirt and trousers, which he paired with a zip-up jacket.
The red-carpet appearance marks one of the singer's first major public events since opening up about shedding more than 200 pounds over the past five years.
The Men's Health cover star walked down the red carpet with his longtime wife, Bunnie XO, who stunned in a vibrant, semi-sheer red dress and matching choker.
The "Need A Favor" rapper was first nominated at the 2024 Grammys for best new artist, as well as the best country duo/group performance category for his collaborative track "Save Me" with Lainey Wilson. He attended the ceremony alongside his wife and his daughter, Bailee Ann, and was photographed with stars like Taylor Swift.

However, he skipped the 2025 ceremony despite being nominated again in the best country song and best country solo performance categories for "I Am Not Okay." He won his first trophy during Sunday's pre-show telecast for his Shaboozey collaboration "Amen," which won best country duo/group performance.
He'll also have a shot at Grammys gold in two other categories: best contemporary Christian music performance/song ("Hard Fought Hallelujah") and best contemporary country album ("Beautifully Broken").

What Jelly Roll has said about his major weight loss
Jelly Roll opened up about his weight-loss journey in a recent Men's Health interview, where he revealed that at one point he weighed over 520 pounds. His weight at the end of 2025 was 265 pounds, a major difference from five years ago, he told the outlet.
"The needle went past 520, but it didn't blow it down," he said. "And I would play with it — I would teeter the foot up, like, how low could I get it? I was mad optimistic. So it could have been 560, it could have been 528."
While he didn't pass judgment on celebrities who use GLP-1 medication like Ozempic for weight loss, he said he only used that type of medication for two weeks at the start of his weight-loss journey, according to Men's Health.
The "Star Search" judge has explained that he changed his addictive relationship with food, embraced a daily cardio routine and hired a personal chef.
"Man, I was on the brink of death. I'm not trying to stand on a soapbox; I'm just passionate about it, knowing how upside down our system is with food. And as an addict, it was hard for me to get away from it, so I did a lot of work with food," he told E! News in an interview.
