- Kylie Jenner is being sued by a former chef.
- Her former chef claims she suffered a miscarriage amid her "intense" workload.
- The chef is seeking damages for alleged pregnancy discrimination and harassment, among other claims.
Kylie Jenner has been hit with another lawsuit.
A few months after two housekeepers filed complaints against the 28-year-old and her team alleging a hostile work environment, *The Kardashians* star was sued* *on Thursday by her former chef, who remained anonymous in court documents obtained by **.
The employee alleges pregnancy discrimination and harassment, as well as misclassification of employment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, among other claims against Jenner (and Paleo Collective LLC, Kylie Jenner Inc., TriStar Sports & Entertainment Group Inc., chef Natalie Pukasemvarangkoon, and staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian), in her filing.
A representative for Jenner did not immediately respond to **'s request for comment.
In the complaint reviewed by EW, the culinary staffer claims that during her employment from Dec. 2022 to March 2025, she worked approximately 55 hours a week and traveled to and from multiple locations to cook exclusively for Jenner and, at times, her brother, Robert Kardashian.
In Dec. 2024, she alleges that she informed Jenner's team of her high-risk pregnancy and noted she was three months along. In the complaint, she claims that she "required reasonable accommodations to protect her health and pregnancy," but the Defendants "instead continued assigning Plaintiff excessive hours, physically demanding tasks, and high-pressure events."
The chef claims she began to deal with "passive-aggressive remarks and condescending treatment" amid her pregnancy. She alleges that, in one instance, she was tasked with "transport[ing] heavy food items across the street and uphill without assistance" and, as a result of the "physical exertion," became dizzy and "began choking and gasping for air, and required assistance from security personnel, who intervened by providing Plaintiff water and aid."
The chef claims the incident led to "severe emotional distress and physical illness."
Two months later, she claims she was asked to travel to Palm Springs for Jenner's child's birthday party while five months pregnant and given an "intense" workload, which led to "extreme physical exhaustion" over which concerns were met with "indifference and hostility." The complaint claims that the “extreme” fatigue and “heaviness throughout her body” was “a result of the prolonged and intense workload.”
The day after the party, the chef alleges she woke up with hemorrhaging and drove herself to the emergency room, where she learned "there was no detectable heartbeat and that she had lost her unborn child."
The cook claims she then asked Jenner's team if she could relocate to New York and continue to work, as she would be closer to family while mourning her loss. Although she alleges Jenner's representatives had frequently offered her a New York cooking position, the complaint claims that they took her request as a voluntary resignation. She claims she insisted she did not want to resign and continued working for Jenner, despite staff supervisor Sibrian allegedly "discriminating against and harassing" her in light of her miscarriage and the depression that followed.

The complaint alleges that Sibrian sent a text in which she wrote to the chef, "Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed."
On March 14, 2025, the chef claims she was let go by Jenner's team. By May, the chef filed a written complaint detailing the "discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pregnancy-related mistreatment, accommodation failures, and wage violations" she faced at the workplace.

The complaint claims that unspecified defendants proposed a settlement and release agreement "without remedying the underlying misconduct" — essentially offering her money to sign away her right to sue.
The complaint asserts: "Defendant Kylie Jenner was aware that Plaintiff was pregnant, aware that Plaintiff subsequently suffered a miscarriage, aware that Plaintiff required medical leave, and aware that Plaintiff intended to return to work following such leave. Despite such knowledge, Defendants failed to provide Plaintiff adequate support, accommodation, protection from harassment, or meaningful assistance following Plaintiff's pregnancy complications, miscarriage, and return from leave."

The former chef is now seeking an unspecified amount in damages and claims that, in addition to suffering accommodation failures, pregnancy discrimination and harassment, she was misclassified as an independent contractor and did not get paid on time or for the appropriate hours she worked. She also alleges she was wrongfully terminated in 2025.
The chef's complaint comes just two months after lawsuits were filed against Jenner by her former housekeepers — Angelica Vasquez and Juana Delgado Soto. They claimed harassment and discrimination in the workplace, as well as suffering abuse from fellow staff. The housekeepers’ lawsuits and the chef’s lawsuit do not allege that Jenner herself engaged in any direct acts of mistreatment targeted at the plaintiffs; rather, they allege mistreatment by fellow staff.
