Sienna Miller welcomed her third child.

This is Miller's second child with boyfriend Oli Green. They welcomed a daughter in January 2024.

Miller also shares a 13-year-old daughter named Marlowe with her ex-boyfriend Tom Sturridge.

Sienna Miller, 44, is officially a mom of three. The actress recently welcomed her third child, though the baby's sex, birthday, and name remain unknown. This is her second kid with boyfriend Oli Green, 29.

Miller broke the news herself during an interview with E! "It’s happened. I have a tiny baby next door," she gushed. "It feels like stringing sentences together is a bit challenging. I’m on very little sleep but I’m madly in love with my baby."

The Burnt star announced her third pregnancy back in December when she debuted her baby bump at The Fashion Awards 2025. Miller walked the blue carpet at Royal Albert Hall in an angelic white naked dress that was really just a piece of sheer tulle. The ethereal Givency creation featured plunging bra cups and a see-through floor-grazing skirt that bared her white underwear beneath. Miller added fuzzy heels and pearl statement earrings.

Green, clad in a pinstripe suit and unbuttoned button-up shirt, posed alongside his glowing girlfriend. The pair confirmed their romance in March 2022, when they were seen leaving the BAFTA Film Awards together; they made their red carpet debut days later at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

They reached a relationship milestone in August 2023, when they announced they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter, whose name has not been publicly shared, arrived in January 2024.

Prior to her relationship with Green, Miller dated actor Tom Sturridge from 2011 to July 2015. They welcomed a daughter named Marlowe Ottoline in July 2012.

Miller's lookalike teenage daughter has stepped out for New York Fashion Week and Cannes Film Festival over the years. Most recently, she accompanied her mom and Green to Savannah Miller's Bridal Ballerina Breakfast in London, England.
