Simone Biles is keeping her personal life private, for now.
The Olympic gymnast, 29, responded to a fan who called her out on Instagram on Sunday, June 14 for not sharing more about her near-death medical experience.
The comment came on a day-in-the-life video Biles uploaded to Instagram of her trip to Belize, where she included everything from her morning routine, to her travels through the airport with her husband, Jonathan Owens, to her arrival on the island.

"TRAVEL W/ ME TO BELIZE 🏝️👙💕🐚," she captioned her Instagram shared on Sunday, June 14, exactly eight days after she posted online that "almost dying" wasn't on her "bingo card."
"Never got the update on near death experience 😕," one fan wrote in the comment section of the Belize post.
Biles replied, "not ready to talk about it just yet ❤️🩹."
On June 6, the Olympic gold medalist had posted a photo of her arm covered in patient wristbands from the hospital while explaining that she has been "in bed resting this week" after experiencing one of the worst health scares of her life.

"I'm not one to normally share things like this because I value privacy in today's age," Biles wrote on her Instagram Stories at the time, adding, "But almost dying wasn't on my bingo card earlier this week."
"This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life. Especially since Jonathan [Owens] was in Indy for practices," she shared of her NFL husband, who recently signed a one-year deal with the Indianapolis Colts for the upcoming season.
"I've been in bed resting this week, I'll explain sooner or later but s/o to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited & or sent flowers," Biles continued on her Instagram Stories. "Loooovveeee y'all."

In the following posts on her Instagram Stories, the athlete shared two photos of floral bouquets atop a counter in vases.

Another picture saw Biles lying in bed with her two dogs alongside a screenshot of her resting heart rate and the caption, "I'll be here."
Biles' post about her health scare was shared just two days after she gave her 11 million followers a look into her bedroom and outdoor kitchen at her custom-built Texas mansion while hinting that she was following the doctor's orders by enjoying some rest and relaxation.
