Supergirl heads to theaters on Friday, June 26!

The movie follows the iconic character from the DC comic universe as she fights evil, even as she tries to lead a chillier life, planet-hopping with her loyal canine companion, Krypto.

There have been many versions of Supergirl, from the iconic comics to the 1984 campy classic film to the TV show, and now the new movie.Over the decades, Supergirl, who first appeared in May 1959 in a DC comic book, has become a catalyst for feminism and fortitude. This time around, she takes in a mentee, Ruthye Marye Knoll. Together, with the assistance of Lobo and Krypto, they take on the unruly Krem of the Yellow Hills.

It will be interesting to see the wanderlust journey that Supergirl takes with her cohorts this summer.Because we all could use a little spark this Cancer season, Supergirl will offer the vibes we need to get out of our comfort zones. To fully evoke the wild ride through galaxies and dimensions, read below to find out which Supergirl character aligns with your Sun sign.

Aries: Krem of the Yellow Hills

Krem of the Yellow Hills is the primary antagonist in Supergirl, who sets off a chain of events that leads to drama. As a pirate assassin and post-apocalyptic warrior, Krem of the Yellow Hills connects with Aries. The reason is that both will battle it out and stop at nothing to win, even if that means destroying a whole galaxy.

Taurus: Brute

Brute follows orders from Krem of the Yellow Hills. While we don't know much about Brute's personal life, one thing to note is that he takes his job as a henchman seriously and works effortlessly to appease his employer. Tauruses usually follow the rules and do what is suggested to thrive and prosper because appeasing others is easier than arguing.

Gemini: Zor-El

There are moments when Zor-El is not demure, as his philosophies are a little more robust and inventive than those of his wife, Alura. But that doesn't mean he isn't a wonderful leader. Because he has a Mercurial nature, it's safe to assign him to the air sign Gemini. He is more of a thinker and communicator like Gemini.

Cancer: Ruthye Marye Knoll

Ruthye Marye Knoll is a force to be reckoned with. Cancer represents legacy in astrology, and Ruthye is trying to honor her father by being a vigilante, seeking retribution for her father's death. No one can match her depth and passion to get vengeance on Krem of the Yellow Hills for messing with her family — a sentiment Cancers understand.

Leo: Elias Knoll

The fixed sign Leo would never abandon their fundamental ideology and personal beliefs to satisfy someone who aims to bring them down. Honest and loyal to the core, Elias is the ultimate Leo. In the face of adversity, he does not abandon his duty. In fact, it makes him more eager to be a part of the resistance.

Virgo: Alura In-Ze

As the pragmatic mother of Supergirl, Alura demonstrates Virgo-esque traits. She is extremely methodical and reasonable in wanting to protect her daughter, but also has a level head, which opposes her husband's at times. Alura can be domineering and authoritative, but it's only to ensure her daughter's safety. Like Alura, Virgos prefer to be overly cautious rather than acting brash.

Libra: Supergirl (Kara Zor-El)

According to DC Comics, Supergirl's birthday is September 22, making her a Libra. Being born on the fall equinox in the northern hemisphere and the spring equinox in the southern hemisphere, she possesses a lot of energy. Libras are known to be creative and romantic; they are also fair-minded, which is why Supergirl fights for causes that help others remain free.

Scorpio: Lobo

As the cigar-smoking, alien, bounty hunter who teams up with Supergirl, Lobo possesses immense strength and is essentially immortal, having lived for hundreds of years. All the more reasons why he aligns with Scorpio, because the water sign is fierce and not one to be trifled with. Scorpios do not play for fun; they play to prevail at their pursuits.

Sagittarius: Krypto

Krypto possesses powers that many dogs do not, which is why he is an absolute Sagittarius. The fire sign and Krypto are intergalactic beings with great talents for battling evil and adventurous spirits. Krypto is one of the protectors of the universe, like Sagittarius, which is why the Superdog is one of the most interesting stars of the movie.

Capricorn: Drom

Krem of the Yellow Hills works with Drom, who's a prominent ally of his. Capricorns are definitely a zodiac sign that acts brawny and stealthy, pouring all of themselves into the work that they do. Drom gives off that vibe in the movie, not only to appease Krem of the Yellow Hills, but also to prove his greatness to himself.

Aquarius: Sklarian Raiders

The Sklarian Raiders are a girl gang of rebels who defy society in pursuit of justice — their prominence is impactful and significant since they want to expose the truth (in their journey, they become revolutionaries).  The affiliation between Aquarius and the Sklarian Raiders is immense because both will never stop speaking up to assert messages that upend the status quo.

Pisces: Superman (Kal-El/Clark Kent)

Although Superman's birthday has been debated, most believe it is Feb. 29, aligning him with the zodiac sign Pisces. It makes total sense because Superman is intuitive and knows when people are in danger, sacrifices himself in every aspect, his gut feelings are usually on point, and he will do anything to ensure that others are out of harm's way.
