The Game Changers book series was adapted into the hit show, Heated Rivalry. Readers only had voices to connect to the characters before the TV show.

Tor Thom read Game Changer, Heated Rivalry, Tough Guy. Kip Grady had a deep voice with a heavy New York accent. Robbie G.K. gave a softer, playful performance of Kip in the series. However, he made a video of himself giving a voice more similar to the audiobook version of his character.

On February 28, the actor made a TikTok of himself lying in bed. "What's up, everybody?" he asked in a heavy stereotypical New York or New Jersey accent and a slightly deeper voice. "It's Robbie here, and I'm in New York...and I really can't sleep." He paused to laugh at himself, replacing the letter "r" with "w."

The timing of the TikTok is interesting since it's on the same day Connor Storrie host Saturday Night Live. Quinn Hughes, who won gold on Team U.S.'s Olympic team, is confirmed to appear in the episode. His brother, Jack, might join after The Devils' game in New Jersey. It's unknown if any other actors from the Crave series will be there.

Robbie G.K. talked about the possibilities for his character and Scott Hunter (François Arnaud) when the series returns. "I would love to continue to deliver more ‘Skip’ and more Kip and Scott stuff to the part of the fandom that does want to see more of that," he told Forbes. "I don’t really know in what way that would be, but I do think that there’s a lot of character arc to explore after this moment."

The show will return for a second season with an expected release date. Rachel Reid also gave an update this week that the upcoming book, Unrivaled, will be delayed.
